Privacy
Short version: we collect what you type into a form, nothing else, and only the convener reads it.
What the forms collect

| Express interest | Name, email, practice, specialty, states licensed, town, the cohorts you ticked, and your note. |
| Guest seat | Name, email, role, practice or program, the session you picked, and that you agreed to the principles. |

| Directory opt-in (members) | The practice details you choose to show, and your consent. |
None of the forms accepts patient information, and the server rejects a submission that looks like it contains some.
Where it's kept and who sees it
Submissions are stored in a database on Cloudflare, which also hosts the site and runs the spam check (Turnstile). The convener, Patrick Long, MD, reads them. We don't sell or share them, and there are no ads, analytics or tracking scripts on the site.
The members' area and the admin page sit behind Cloudflare Access, which sets a sign-in cookie. That's the only cookie we set.
Coming off the list
Every reading-list email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. To have any submission deleted, write to hello@coloradocarenetwork.com.
