The founding cohort is being seated by invitation now. If you fit what's below and nobody has asked you yet, tell us. We'd rather hear from one more good physician than miss one.

Who it's for

• Physicians and APPs who founded or co-founded their practice, with more than half of revenue from patients rather than payers. DPC, concierge and hybrid all count.
• Specialists in the same model, in any specialty the cohorts need, who publish a consult price and write back to the referring doc.
• Labs and diagnostic centers that publish cash prices and run the protocol you asked for.
• Therapists, dietitians and behavioral health clinicians in cash-pay practice.

No genetics training needed; most members won't have it. You need to read papers for interest, show up prepared, and be the doc who'd rather think through a hard case than refer it on.

What membership asks

• The monthly journal club, one hour on Teams. Founding members commit to the first six; the plan is on the first six months.
• One turn presenting and one as scribe.
• The Slack workspace: readings, questions, de-identified cases, referrals.
• The principles of practice: confidentiality, de-identification, licensure, disclosure, no solicitation.
• The quarterly general meeting and, when you can, the dinner every six months.

What it costs

Nothing. No fee, no industry sponsorship, no payment for referrals in either direction.
